
Dr. Heidi Cooley, DVM CHPV CCXP
Dr. Heidi Cooley works at Banfield Pet Hospital in Vancouver, Washington, where she is a senior manager of client experience and advocacy. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Auburn University in 2001. She is especially interested in ensuring a successful vet care experience for both pet parents and their pets. Dr. Cooley is a certified client experience professional (CCXP) and a certified hospice and palliative care veterinarian (CHPV) through the International Association of Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC). She is also on the certification committee at IAAHPC. In her spare time, Dr. Cooley volunteers at West Columbia Gorge Humane Society, where she is also a kitten foster.
